Our whole lab attended the 2026 retreat of the Rutgers University Microbiome Program. Rachana, Ernesto, Smruti, Atharv, Duhita, and Shivali presented posters, with Ernesto winning an award for best poster in the ecology, evolution, and computation category. Rachana and Duhita also organized discussion sessions on publishing and AI in microbiome research careers.
